Return & Replacement Policy

At Loone Star Lux, each candle is hand-poured and crafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly replace the item.

Damaged Orders

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customers must provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • The original damaged item must be returned to us

Once the return is approved, Loone Star Lux will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all return shipping costs associated with the damaged item.

Because each candle is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur and are considered part of the candle’s unique character.
