We proudly offer complimentary shipping on all orders within the United States.
No minimum purchase required.
Processing Times
Because each piece is handcrafted, orders may require several business days for processing prior to shipment.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
Transit & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, and destination location.
While we take extensive care in packaging our oversized candles, exposure to extreme temperatures during transit may occasionally affect wax surfaces slightly.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging are required
- The damaged item must be returned
Once approved, Loone Star Lux will provide prepaid return shipping and replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
Loone Star Lux is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout.
Handmade Variations
Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles, slight variations in marbling, texture, and finish are natural and part of each piece’s unique character.
